Do you have any idea if you guys are working on a gantt chart system for the scheduling? We really need something like this for our reconstruction projects as a calendar isn’t a sufficient scheduling tool for managing a project schedule.

Ability to see all projects with the following statuses: New, Pending Sale, Ready for Production, and In Production. It would show each project spanning a certain number of days, based upon start date and completion date. Perhaps add a filter by Type, so we could view all the water and fire jobs separate from the construction jobs. When you go to Dates tab, and type in the date in "Start Date -Projected" and "Completion Date -Projected" it would put it on this master scheduler. When you actually start the project and type in "Start Date -Actual" it would adjust the Gantt to start on the actual date... same with "Completion Date -Actual"; it would adjust. So Actual dates would supersede and replace Projected dates. The little green arrows would allow the viewer to scroll forward or backward in time. See screenshot attached

We'd like a Zapier feature similar to "get staff on projects" that will pull all of the details of a scheduler event, including date, time, location, staff members, customer, and notes, etc.

In the new app. If I'm a technician and I'm looking at my schedule I'd like be able to open the job from the schedule. Then I can clock into the job. On the old app there is a hyperlink to the job, on the new app there isn't a way to get to your job from the schedule

Have all the events show up on the Scheduler widget within the project basic info without having to filter or go into the scheduler and look that up

We need to add a color chart to the event categories section. If your employees are using this they will eventually get confused due to having 1 color for multiple events. Especially if you do numerous types of events. For instance restoration is typically separated between category. Trauma/water/mold/fire/asbestos/lead/ etc. etc.

It would be great to have the Scheduler talk to the Org and Contacts. For example, if a schedule a route stop or event have it add an activity in the related Org and/or Contact.

I would like the ability to notify invitees if an event has been cancelled or changed. We use Albi to schedule events for our team and customers. It's convenient that Albi can send invites when adding a new event. However, there's no way of notifying them of cancellations or changes via Albi. Instead, we have to go through an email platform and tell them to manually change the invitation on their calendar.
