On the desktop can it be set to automatically insert the hyphens when entering phone numbers for contacts. It does it when putting a contact in on mobile so it enters 123-456-7899 But on desktop it enters it without the hyphens like this 1234567899

Adding a place where we can have contractors information like updated W9, General liability, workmans comp and contractor licenses with expiration reminders. As well as perfered payment method and a discription of what we use that contractor for.

Alert user and suggest: "Do you mean x____?" Unfortunately Albi allows all of our team's users to create junk duplicate contacts if they're lazy- it'd be a real efficiency booster if Albi could catch the duplicates for us; would prevent us wasting time with manual cleanup.

This is very basic, and really needs solved. Albi has no good way of handling phone number extensions, so our team doesn't know if a phone number even has an extension. Need the Contact/Org in both mobile and desktop to show applicable extensions, right with the phone number. Example 541-443-1333 ext.245 Recommend you show it in mobile like the attached screenshot below. Sandbox/Notes are not a good option for phone extensions for these reasons: 1) Sandbox/Notes are not visible when looking at a Contact/Org. 2) Our personnel will not open the sandbox on every Contact/Org before calling.

Ability to add a new setting from the dashboard/creation page you are working in. For example adding a new relationship type when you are creating a new contact/Org

Add a Secondary phone number field, so there's 2. Could call it "Secondary" or "Phone 2" etc. Many, many contacts or organizations have more than one phone number. Fact: Currently in mobile the main phone number and main email literally say "Primary" ... which alludes to a "Secondary" number/email -but where are they? They don't exist yet. PLEASE -badly needed -Noah

Please, please, please add a 2nd phone number field for contacts. So many adjusters have desk numbers and mobile numbers. This would be so helpful and so many people have asked for it. Please! :)

We need a search bar for type, similar to how we have it to Referral Source inside a Contact/Organization creation page

Contact Information tab is fine for vendor, subs, city, or even engineer or architect contact information but customer contact information in my opinion should be under the project basic information. I should not have to leave basic information to find my customer info.
